Step 1 – Order
The process of acquiring a bespoke driveway gate involves a few structured steps to ensure that the final product meets the customer’s specific requirements.
Customers are encouraged to explore our store’s available options or select from our bespoke build configurations.
It is important to note that all bespoke gates are meticulously hand-fabricated, allowing for a wide range of designs and functionalities, this ensures that there is no driveway gate that cannot be constructed to meet your specifications.
Step 2 – Dimensions
Following you order placement, the subsequent phase involves generating a (2D) drawing that accurately represents the customer-specified measurements.
This drawing serves not only as a visual reference but also as a foundational document that outlines the proposed gate’s exact dimensions and design features.
We will issue up to 2 free 2d drawings per order. Please note if anymore drawings are needed there is an additional charge for the time.
Step 3 – Fabrication
The fabrication phase commences upon receiving your approval from our 2D drawing.
This stage involves the actual construction of the gate, utilising high-quality materials and skilled craftsmanship to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal for your driveway gate.
At this point we may issue you with an expected due date for your gate.
If you have opted to have your gate galvanised – this process can take up to 7 working days.
If you have opted to have your gate powder coated – this process can take up to 7 working days, depending on the size of your gate it may take longer to cure.
Our build slots are between 3 – 10 weeks. Our express service times can vary from 1 – 21 days depending on the option you select for your gate and our work load at the time of order. This service does come at an additional cost – please contact us for more information.
Step 4 – Delivery
The delivery of your bespoke driveway gate is conducted through a hand-delivery system, ensuring that each product is transported with utmost care to mitigate potential damage during transit. This method is adopted to circumvent the complications frequently associated with third-party delivery services, which may not guarantee the same level of diligence and protection for the product.
In instances where delivery is not required, customers can collect their bespoke driveway gates from one of two designated locations: Warrington or Liverpool. This arrangement provides customers flexibility while maintaining the product’s integrity until it is in the customers’ possession.
As standard we will only have one man as the driver and will require an able body the other end to help take delivery of your gate. If you have no one able to take delivery of your gates, we can arrange for a 2nd man to accompany or driver – this is at an additional cost.
Additionally, we offer optional services to enhance the utility of your bespoke driveway gate. These include hanging your gate and providing automated opening systems, thereby increasing security and convenience. Should customers require further services or have specific inquiries, they are encouraged to contact us for a personalised package.
